How to Return an Item
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you can either drop the item off at The Gold Shop, 715-719 Wakefield Road, Bradford BD4 7PR, with your order details, or you can process your order online and post the item back to store.
To initiate an online return, simply contact our customer service team via an email to customerservice@thegoldshop.net with your order details. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Returns Policy
To provide you with complete assurance we offer a 14 day return & exchange policy on all purchases made online. Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, goods may be returned or exchanged providing that they are in the original packaging & remain unworn.
ALL returns must be in the same condition as it was received. Unfortunately under no circumstances can we accept returns of earrings, as this is in the interest of hygiene. We also cannot accept returns on personalised, customised, worn, used, altered, damaged goods except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable & we recommend that you return any items using a secure & tracked delivery with the correct insurance in place.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanging or returning any goods that do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, all refunds will be processed within 7 working days with payment being refunded back to the original form of payment.
