Return and Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date of dispatch. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the goods must be in their original packaging, unworn with tags attached, and of equal value. Please note that refunds are not immediate and may take up to 5 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns of opened earrings due to hygiene reasons, except in cases of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Engraved, personalized, or altered items, as well as custom-made or unique pieces, cannot be returned. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Refunds will be initiated to your credit card or original payment method, and the credit will be processed based on the policies of your card issuer.
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, and these costs are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
